Great Location and Comfortable Rooms
The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were only a few blocks away from amazing dining and shopping options. The room was comfortable and clean, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
We encountered some difficulty communicating with the staff as they did not speak English. when we had issues during our stay, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only made matters worse.

Clean and comfortable rooms, with good water pressure in the shower and free, strong wireless connection throughout the building. The nearby mall and restaurants make it easy to enjoy local culture while also having the convenience of familiar options. Plus, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
While the hotel location is good, the lack-of-English-speaking-staff caused issues with credit card problems. , the fact that there was only one electrical outlet located far from the bed made charging electronics a hassle.
